Do not cut throat.

Leave more length to cape than needed.

Hang deer upside down and skin down to neck.

Carefully cut or saw off neck, leaving head, cape and antlers
attached.

Wrap in plastic bag and freeze immediately.

Bring in as soon as possible.

Birds

Choose a good one.

Keep dry.

Put into a nylon stocking head first to protect feathers.

Put in plastic bag and freeze.

Small Animals

Do not gut.

Put in plastic bag and freeze.
